School!

I apologize for the lack of updates recently. It has been finals week at school for me and many others. Like myself, many will finish finals next week, as well.

So, with it being crazy with school, here is my challenge to you: Take a detailed picture of something from school. Maybe its what your locker looks like, maybe its the desk or the wall with writing on it. Send me this picture (PO BOX 236 DOUSMAN, WI 53118, USA). We will then share the pictures on here, with author credit if you include your name:)

It has been an exciting two weeks here at PO Project! We received our first out-of-country mailing, and have also been collecting all the secrets that people have been sending in! So far, we have about 17 if them so far! Once we get them organized and separated, I will post them in a blog here!

IM ALIVE:)

Sorry to all it has taken me so long to update! Life has been crazy lately...both our cars died, Ive been working 14 hour days not including school...anyways, thats beside the point.

If you are one of the 12 people who have sent me mail withing the last week, I will hopefully be getting whatever I owe you back out by the end of the week:) I ran out of stamps and still have Christmas cards to mail! Hoping to get tons more stamps tomorrow or Thursday!

Also, a quick shout out to Kate (http://katelistenstodavid.blogspot.com/) She included a nice note for me in her last letter:)

Challenge #1:
Mail me YOUR secret. Just like post secret.
Write your secret.
It can be a short sentence, a long letter.
Mail it to me with no return address or name.
Once I get a good collection of these I will upload them (depending on the content?)

On A Mini-Missions Trip

A team of seven including myself is currently in Bloomington, MN. We have been working at the Operation Christmas Child warehouse sorting, inspecting, taping closed and cartonizing the shoeboxes filled with gifts and hygenic items for orphans and poverty-struck children. Having a great time, regular PO Project blogs will resume this Friday:)

July 8th-18th

of 2010. A team from church is heading to Latvia again this coming July, and I am hoping to go with. Not sure yet if finances will allow, but, for now, we will be hopeful:)

Hope you are all having a better day than I am;) I am off to work in an hour, it's WAY to cold here! Had a doctor appointment today, babysat Chloe and packed for the Operation Christmas Child trip to Minnesota tomorrow! I am leaving at 6:00 am to be to church to leave, can't wait!

Went and got the mail yesterday--thank you to everyone who has mailed me already! I will be mailing out your return project today or Monday, depending on how long it takes to get the pictures printed for yall.
